Foreshore Licence Application - Ireland
Second Public Consultation
The Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government requested that we provided further information and undertook a second consultation to ensure the public had sufficient opportunity to comment on any proposed changes to the application. This consultation concluded on 6 May 2021.

Greenlink Interconnector Limited submitted a Foreshore Licence Application to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government on 1 August 2019. The initial statutory public consultation on the application took place between 12 November 2019 and 8 January 2020. All documents relating to the application and the initial consultation, including the Environmental Impact Assessment Report, can be viewed here (Foreshore Licence Application Documents).
The Foreshore Licence has now been granted by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and the decision document can be viewed here (Greenlink - Letter from CSSO enclosing executed foreshore licence)
