The Greenlink Management Team

James O’Reilly joined Greenlink as Chief Executive Officer in September 2021 from international renewable energy developer, Phelan Energy Group, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. He has previously held senior management positions with KTL Group, Rivada Networks, Accenture and ESB International and has delivered infrastructure projects in Ireland, Europe, the US and Asia.

Paul joined Greenlink from Saudi Aramco, where he led asset management activities for the company’s extensive network of submarine cables interconnecting offshore production facilities. Prior to this he held roles of Project Director and Marine Project Manager on EirGrid’s East West Interconnector (EWIC) project and Electrical Project Engineer with Siemens. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCD and a Master's in Engineering from DIT (now TU Dublin).

Caroline brings over ten years’ experience as a HSE professional working across the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, transport, residential and construction sectors. Her experience spans from HSE compliance, auditing, system design, performance, governance and training. Caroline holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from the National University of Ireland Maynooth and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety Management from the Technical University Dublin, Ireland.

Colin is a senior energy professional with 25 years’ experience working in a wide range of roles within the energy sector: CCGT installation; commissioning and maintenance; plant operations; and commercial and trading activities. Prior to joining Greenlink, Colin had responsibility for the commercial trading activities at an independent 400MW CCGT plant operating in the I-SEM market in Ireland.

Nina joined the Greenlink team in 2019 as Legal Counsel and was promoted to Legal Director in 2022. Prior to Greenlink she practised as a solicitor in New Zealand advising on construction, social housing and infrastructure projects. Nina holds an honours degree in law and an arts degree majoring in political science and international relations. Nina is a registered barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

John joined Greenlink in 2020 to head up the finance function. John has managed finance operations for a number of international EPC companies in over 20 countries around the world with turnover from $50m up to $700m. He has experience in the offshore oil and gas, manufacturing, chemical and services sectors. His experience spans operational performance, compliance, audit and reporting, corporate governance, M&A, commercial and finance and IT performance.
